3 Days Uganda Wildlife to Queen Elizabeth NP

3 days Queen Elizabeth national park ishasha tree climbing lionswildlife trip is suitable for weekend taking place in one park, Queen Elizabeth national park giving you times to explore its wildlife. The big four mammals including lion, leopard, elephant and buffalo live here along with other 96 mammals and over 600 species of birds.

This trip includes:

  • Game drive and boat cruise and other activities like hot air balloon safari are optional.
  • Day 1: Kampala to Queen Elizabeth national park and do a night game drive
    After breakfast, your guide will pick you up in Kampala and drive to Queen Elizabeth national park via fort portal. You will reach Queen Elizabeth national park in the afternoon. Relax at your lodge and after dinner, you take a night game drive to spot nocturnal animals like leopard, porcupine, and hyena and view the stars. Accommodation: Mweya safari lodge overlooking Kazinga channel, or samba safari camp in the bush or Enganzi lodge outside the park

    Day 2: Boat cruise and game drive
    At around 06:45am in the morning after a cup of coffee and snacks, you go for a game drive in the plains of Queen Elizabeth national park home to lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, Uganda kobs. In the afternoon, you will go for a 2 hours boat cruise on Kazinga channel to see hippos, crocodiles, water birds and several animals on the waterside. Dinner and overnight back at your hotel.

    Day 3: Transfer back to Kampala
    After breakfast before you transfer back to Kampala, you can do a hot air balloon safari to get aerial view of Queen Elizabeth national park and its wildlife. If you don’t have time, for that you will drive back to Kampala via Mbarara town for en route lunch at Igongo cultural museum. After lunch, make another stopover at equator monument and continue to reach Kampala in the evening.
